About Me
Several years ago I was suffering from constant lower back pain, made worse by a full time desk job. I knew my body needed help and I discovered Pilates. Within only a few sessions my back pain eased and it wasn't long before I was pain free and more mobile. Fascinated by how this gentle but effective exercise had helped me, and with a passion to help others experience the benefits themselves, I started my teacher training.
As a keen equestrian and owner of my own horse, Inca, I have a special interest in helping riders to optimise their mobility, function, balance and posture through intrinsic biomechanical assessments and Equipilates™ programmes.
