Would you like to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, strength, muscle tone, wellbeing and body awareness? Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on improving core strength and muscular imbalances for a positive impact on our health and wellness.

Acorn Pilates mat classes will take you through a series of exercises in various positions such as side-lying, hands and knees, supine (on-back) and prone (on front). Exercises are tailored to your ability and explore the Pilates principles of concentration, control, core activation, fluidity, precision and breathing.
Small equipment including soft balls, rollers and resistance bands are incorporated into sessions for challenge and variety. All equipment is provided including 10mm thick professional Pilates mats for comfort and support.
Classes
1-2-1 sessions
I run small group 50 minute lunchtime classes at Stoneleigh Park on Mondays and Wednesdays and a 1 hour evening class in Lowsonford on Wednesdays. Please get in touch if you would like to come along or to find out more.
I offer private 1-2-1 Pilates sessions in the comfort of your home or at my home studio. Prices start from £35 with discounts available for multiple session bookings. Please check the calendar for availability.
